Our company offers only the finest consumer electronics products available, and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.
All orders received Monday thru Thursday will be processed and shipped the next business day. All orders received on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend. Orders being shipped via the US Postal Service will be delayed one business day.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us before sending the item back. Because we deal with several sources, we will need to send you proper instructions on how and where to return the item(s).
We guarantee that all products you buy are free of defects or you may return it immediately for a new replacement. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately.
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within a period of 30 days. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. For most home entertainment, video games, and opened software, we cannot accept returns.
When returning an item, please make sure to use all the original packaging wherein the shipment has come to you, with all accessories and owners manual. Do not write, stick or glue anything on the product package that can damage the package.
Orders over 30 days old are not eligible for return. However, the item may have a manufacturer warranty. If so please refer to the warranty documentation for the item.
There is a 15% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned.
There is a 50% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned in a damaged package.
If a shipment is refused at the door or cannot be delivered for whatever reason, we will deduct these fees from the refund which will be added to the normal restocking fee.
• All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase.
• Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty.
• We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
• Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
• Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
• A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
• The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
• No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
• IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our Return Authorization process.
• To get an RA number, please call us. You will receive an RA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
• Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
• RA numbers are valid for 14 days.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
